Acer jumped out of the gate last week with the announcement of the Acer TA272 HUL Android-powered all-in-one device, a 27-inch 2K display unit for the desktop. Lenovo is ready to up the ante with their own desktop device, the ThinkVision 28, with a 28-inch display running at 3840×2160 resolution or 4K as it is also known. Like the Acer unit, the Lenovo ThinkVision 28 will have a touchscreen, useful for interacting with the Android 4.3 operating system that will come loaded on it. The ThinkVision 28 will be powered by a Tegra processor, it will support NFC and microSD cards, and will come with 3 HDMI ports, a USB 3.0 port and a microUSB 3.0 port.
Lenovo expects to launch the ThinkVision 28 in July, but no pricing information has been announced. Be sure to check back here at TalkAndroid for more CES 2014 coverage.
