Thanks to NVIDIA’s new Tegra K1 Super Chip, Epic Games can bring their Unreal Engine 4 to mobile devices. According to their press release, NVIDIA stated “the lines between mobile, desktop and console don’t make any sense any more. They’re gone forever. It’s now possible to run the same UE4 based game on all three platforms today.”

The Tegra K1 chip can produce graphics on par with the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 while performing like an Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3. Incredible if you ask me. Epic Games CEO Tim Sweeney says that his company “can take absolutely anything that runs on PC or on a console and run it on Tegra.”
