According to @LlabTooFeR, HTC is currently working on the latest Android 4.2.2 and is prepping to release updates for the HTC One, HTC One DualSIM, HTC One max and HTC One mini sometime before the end of February. All of the devices listed by @LlabTooFeR were already names by HTC as official KitKat upgrade candidates, but HTC has been mum regarding when the updates would be released. The HTC Butterfly will also be getting the update, but the release window will most likely hit during the second quarter of 2014.
So far, the Google Play Edition, Developer Edition and unlocked models of the HTC One in the US are the only devices in HTC’s lineup that have been updated to KitKat. The half dozen HTC Desire phones released this year are expected to receive the Android 4.2.2 update as well, but HTC seems a bit reluctant to add the phones to its official list.
All new devices such as One,One DualSIM, One max, One mini will get 4.4.2 update in time frame January-February…
